Due to The Nature Of Custom-Made and Personalized Items, Processing your order can take up to 25 days before they can be processed for shipping. We will immediately inform you if there are any further delays. Please make note of this if you are intending to purchase our products for gifts.
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Time and Methods;
The time needed to ship Merchandise will vary Allowing For standard Processing methods. Normal every business day processing can be from 16 to 20 days from receipt of Order. Express Orders will ship the following business day. They Still require the standard processing time as listed on the product information. (Example) if a product’s processing time is One business day and next day air is selected as the shipping method; the estimated delivery would be two business days from the order date. If the item requires Two Business days for standard processing, and the shipping method is selected is 2nd day Air then the estimated delivery time is Four Business days from date of order date. (Next day Air & 2nd day air do receive priority Handling). Business days only, No Weekends.
Orders Shipping To Canada are shipped standard delivery only Via USPS air mail service and may take another 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Sorry NO Rush service is available to Canada.
Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii Will Be standard U.S. Mail and may take 5 to 6 weeks. You Are encouraged to upgrade to UPS 2nd day if the weight allows it. U.P.S Will not ship to a P.O. box. Express shipping is not available for P.O. box or A.P.O./F.P.O addresses.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
We want you to be delighted with the purchases that you make at NowPonderThis! If for any reason you are not satisfied, Please return the item within 20 days After you have received an authorization Number. Secure an authorization number by contacting our shipping dept. You must email the refund request to Support@nowponderthis.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses of returned products, or errors in shipping your return order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
